From March 25-27, 2025, Jiuri New Materials presented its cutting-edge photoinitiators at the ECS (European Coatings Show) in N¨¹rnberg, Germany, drawing significant attention from industry professionals and clients.During the exhibition, the marketing and technical team delivered professional explanations and live demonstrations to help clients better understand application scenarios and advantages of each new product. They also offered tailored technical solutions and support to customers¡¯ specific needs.
 
 
Innovative solutions in multiple areas to meet customers needs
As industry regulation keeps evolving, the use of many traditional PIs faces increasing restrictions. To address these challenges, Jiuri New Materials has accumulated large amount of testing data and experience through closely collaborating with customers. The company successfully developed a series of new PIs that meet market demands and environmental protection standards by leveraging the development of UV technology, equipment upgrade and regulation trend. Through product customization, optimized combinations, and technical support, Jiuri delivers bespoke PI solutions aligned with clients¡¯ different formulation performance requirements. These efforts have yielded remarkable results and has established a richapplication solution base.
 
 
Customized PI application solutions
The new photoinitiators from Jiuri not only effectively replace traditional PIs, but also enable innovative formulations through flexible combinations. For example, in UV-LED curing, the remarkable progress of 1607 has proved its excellent performance in high-efficiency LED curing. In food packaging, different ratios of the combination of 1508 and A161/1521 fully showcase exceptional performance, and successfully helps the TOP3 food packaging ink clients to maintain the performance of their products while significantly reducing the cost, making it the best cost-effective choice among similar products. Jiuri looks forward to collaborating with more customers to conduct joint tests, tackle challenges, achieve breakthroughs, and jointly lead the development of UV industry.
